Ingredients:

2 apples, peeled and finely chopped
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup sweet red wine
1/4 cup dried fruit (such as raisins, apricots, or dates), finely chopped
Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the chopped apples and walnuts.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey, cinnamon, and red wine until well combined.
Pour the honey mixture over the apple mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Fold in the chopped dried fruit and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
