Recipe for Stuffed Cabbage:

Ingredients:

1 large head of cabbage
1 pound of ground beef
1 cup of cooked rice
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 can of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cut the core out of the cabbage and gently lower the head of cabbage into the boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the outer leaves become pliable and soft. Remove the cabbage from the water and let it cool.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Carefully remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and trim the thick part of the stem off each leaf.
Spoon a small amount of the beef and rice mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll it up, tucking in the sides as you go.

Place the cabbage rolls seam-side down in a large baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and the filling is cooked through.

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious and comforting Stuffed Cabbage!
