Ingredients:
12 oz wide egg noodles
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed cornflakes and melted butter until well combined. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the top of the noodle mixture.
