Baked Scallops Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of fresh sea scallops
  • 1/4 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Rinse the scallops in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
